Delete your account or data

This page is for users of Link Upkeep and other SilentService apps published by Stil ICT (developer name on Google Play / App Store).

How to request deletion

Fill in the form below (or email w.stil@stilict.nl with the same details).
We verify that the request comes from the account holder or environment administrator.
We process the request and confirm by email to the address you used for the request.

1. Delete entire account / environment

Use this if you want your SilentService / Link Upkeep online account and environment removed.

Data that will be deleted:

Login credentials and user accounts in that environment
App content in that environment (work orders, assets, photos, messages, stock records, etc.)
Credits balance and non-required operational settings

Data that may be kept (legal retention):

Invoice and payment records, and related bookkeeping data — typically retained for 7 years under Dutch law
Minimal records needed to prove that a deletion request was handled

Local (device-only) use: data stays on your device. Uninstall the app and clear app storage; Stil ICT never received that data and cannot delete it from our servers.

2. Delete specific data (without closing the account)

You can request deletion of specific personal data while keeping the environment active (for example a staff user, or contact details that are no longer needed).

Describe what should be removed in the form. We will indicate what can be deleted immediately and what must be kept for legal reasons (e.g. invoices).

3. Processing time

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Complex environments may take longer; we will inform you if that is the case.

Messages go to w.stil@stilict.nl. We do not send automatic replies to the address you enter. For security we may ask for extra verification before deleting data.
