Members, activities and communication for clubs and associations — without heavy systems.

Local, online or hybrid

Device only: fewer objects and less storage. You make your own backups. Data stays in the app sandbox. Online features (chat, sharing work, stock/location across environments) are unavailable.
Server edition: extra services versus the standalone app, with an administrator tied to your company environment.
Hybrid (online plan): for places without reliable internet, such as a seagoing vessel. Documents are stored on the device temporarily and sync when a connection returns.

Switching environments

In Link Upkeep you can move between your own environment and a client’s (for example a housing association). A plumber only sees their jobs; an electrician theirs. On a multi-trade ticket, status and dependencies stay visible, and completed work can be taken into your own bookkeeping. That supports proper records and helps avoid bogus self-employment.

Credits you can spend across apps

One credit costs € 2.50 excluding VAT. Each app states how many credits you need per month, per year or once. Extra modules are optional — sometimes a one-off fee, sometimes credits; always shown clearly.

Buy at least 6 months of credit for all active users and receive 1 extra grace month (6+1)
Per-user limits are shown; overage is deducted from your credit
